EI Resource-Based Conversations Around COVID-19
This guidance provides information for the EISC agency on how to support families using resource based conversations. Rule 5123-10-02 (N) addresses 15 areas where an EISC is responsible for providing support to families with children in EI. The EISC should use these questions as prompts to help parents and caregivers make informed choices about when and what resources to access.

Tele-Health During a State of Emergency (Rule 5160-1-21)
This emergency rule is being implemented to expand access to medical and behavioral health services using telehealth. New and established patients may be provided services through telehealth per this rule. No initial face-to-face visit is necessary to initiate services through telehealth.
Tele-Intervention Guide for Administering and Documenting Evaluation Tools
This guide includes lists of materials that parents may have around the home that could be useful to assist the family with completion of the evaluation tasks. Each evaluation tool is broken down into materials needed for four different age ranges. Additionally, a short list of potential modifications to the materials needed for Newborn Behavioral Observations is included at the end of this document.
