Supporting Sleep Concerns in Infants and Toddlers
Event Description
Please join Kate Meister, PhD for a discussion of sleep milestones, sleep challenges and strategies to support healthy sleep in infants and toddlers. Kate is an Assistant Professor of Behavioral Medicine and Clinical Psychology at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and Medical Center and a Psychologist in the NICU Follow-Up and NAS clinic. She has clinical specialty training in integrative behavioral health, early childhood psychology and developmental assessment and behavioral sleep medicine.
