Event Description

This training fulfills the “reflective supervision techniques” requirement to obtain an early intervention service coordination supervisor 5- year credential.

Purpose/Goals:

  1. Define the roles and responsibilities of the Supervisor
  2. Examine and discuss your own supervision style
  3. Understand techniques of relationship-based supervision
  4. Consider and discuss the role of emotion in working with young children and families, and in the supervisory relationship
  5. Discuss goal setting and accountability in the supervisory relationship
  6. Observe and practice reflective supervision skills
