Reflective Supervision: 2022-2023
Event Description
This training fulfills the “reflective supervision techniques” requirement to obtain an early intervention service coordination supervisor 5- year credential.
Purpose/Goals:
- Define the roles and responsibilities of the Supervisor
- Examine and discuss your own supervision style
- Understand techniques of relationship-based supervision
- Consider and discuss the role of emotion in working with young children and families, and in the supervisory relationship
- Discuss goal setting and accountability in the supervisory relationship
- Observe and practice reflective supervision skills
