Taylor Hammond

Part C Data Manager

Taylor has been working with Ohio Early Intervention (EI) since 2011 as a social science research specialist. In this role, she completes various data analyses for federal reporting and for a variety of internal and external stakeholder needs; completes all federal reporting and compiles and summarizes other data, as applicable; and facilitates all data system needs including end user support, reporting, and working with IT on any needed bug fixes or new development. Taylor also serves as the state’s Part C data manager and is on a data manager advisory panel to help plan meetings and support data managers in other states and territories. Taylor obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Muskingum University and Master of Arts in Applied Social Psychology from Ball State University. Prior to working in EI, she worked as a labor market analyst estimating employment statistics at the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services for about one year.
